21-yr-old Anton Banaghan wowed the X-Factor last night with his rendition of Budapest by George Ezra.
The judges, Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw all bar Cowell declared the young man had “star quality” and real presence on the stage.
Banaghan managed to secure a place in “Boot Camp” and along with Joseph McCaul, he’ll be flying the Irish flag in this year’s competition.
