The Japanese island of Honshu has been hit by a 5.9 magnitude earthquake.
The seismic waves rocked the city of Fukushima, the location of the nuclear plants devastated by a tsunami in 2011.
The quake’s epicenter was located 42 miles (68 km) east-northeast of Iwaki on Honshu. According to local media, no tsunami warning has been issued this time around.
Honshu is the largest and most populous Japanese island.
