There was more good news on the jobs front today as Palmerstown House and Estate in Co Kildare have announced that they are to create 50 jobs over the next 12 months.
It is believed that the jobs will include a range of roles in the hospitality and leisure sector within the estate. They have also announced that another 50 part-time jobs will be created for the Christmas period this year.
The well known venue, which is just off the M7 in Johnstown near Naas in Co Kildare, was recently acquired by Comer Group.
The Comer Group took over the management of the estate from the National Asset Management Agency a little over a year ago.
