Police in the UK have reported that a baby has been found abandoned in a box outside a house in Corby, England.
The baby girl is believed to be between one and four weeks old. She was found by a member of the public who was walking along Ibsen Walk in Corby on Monday morning.
The baby left to fend for herself was wearing nothing but a nappy and was left with no possessions but a blue blanket The baby is currently being taken care of in Kettering General Hospital and is in good health.
Police in the UK are now searching for the baby’s mother. They have concern for the woman’s wellbeing.
