A pedestrian has been killed in Co Meath in what Gardai are describing as a “suspected hit and run”




A 20-yr-old man has sadly lost his life after he was struck by a car last night around 8:50pm outside Trim, Co Meath.

The man was discovered at the side of the Summerhill to Rathmolyon road shortly before 9pm.

The man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene when emergency services arrived.

The gardai have appealed for witnesses after what they describe as “hit and run” after the driver that hit the man failed to stop.
