Aldi staff will soon see their take home pay rise, as the retailer introduces an €11.70 ‘living wage’

If you work at Aldi, your take home pay will be that much higher from February, as the company has confirmed the introduction of an €11.70 ‘living wage’.

In other words, the minimum hourly rate will be €11.70, which is substantially higher than the standard minimum wage of €9.55 across Ireland.

Aldi will thus become Ireland’s best-paying supermarket chain.
