Parents in North Co Dublin are being urged to be extra vigilant after it has been reported that a group of children were suspiciously approached by two men in Swords.
According to Dublin Live a number of reports have been posted by concerned parents on Facebook. It is believed the group of children were approached by the two men outside a playground in the Applewood area on Tuesday at approximatley 11:30am.
It is alleged the two men who were driving a sliver hatchback car asked the four young children to get into the car in order to find the children’s father.
However thankfully the children declined to get into the car and the two men left the scene immediately.
Gardai say they are currently investigating the incident.
