Ireland is in the midst of the hotter and drier summer in decades, and it shows no signs of changing anytime soon.
Today’s forecast suggests that the dry and hot conditions could go on for another 10 days, and possibly beyond.
In the meantime anyway, the coming weekend is expected to be hot with pretty much sunshine from dawn to dusk, and temperatures of up to 29C.
