Temperatures nationwide will drop to minus three or four, and may fall lower in parts or the north and east. This will lead to widespread ice and frost formation.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, is expected to be bright and sunny, but temperatures will barely rise above two or three degrees above freezing. Atlantic coastal areas will fare slightly better, as temperatures there may reach up to six degrees.
