Gardaj are appealing for witnesses of a horrific road death in Limerick yesterday.
A pedestrian in his 40’s died after he was hit by a car near Daly’s Cross in Gooig, Castleconnell, at about 6.45am on Sunday morning.
A post mortem is expected to take place at University Hospital Limerick later.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses and asking anyone with information to contact them at Henry street Garda station in Limerick city.
