Applegreen in Lusk, Dublin reduce petrol prices to celebrate selling the lucky €88.5 million ticket

The shop that sold the whopping €88.5 million ticket has been revealed: Applegreen in Lusk, Northbound on the M1, Dublin.

To celebrate, they have reduced petrol and diesel prices to….wait for it….88.5 cent per litre.

Dermot Griffin, National Lottery Chief Executive, said: “We are delighted to see another EuroMillions jackpot win in Ireland.

“EuroMillions continues to capture the imagination of our players and you never know, we could have another lucky jackpot winner tonight, with a guaranteed jackpot of €17m.”

Who the lucky winner, of the third biggest EuroMillions win in Ireland is, remains a mystery.
