A California college study claims that your ideal partner is just a few clicks away!
A Study in UCLA says that the fact we’re all so connected on the social media king, and given the fact that we’re all involved in so many communities, like The Liberal, means we’re actually interacting with perfect matches on a daily basis – we just don’t realise it yet.
The study claims that the people who ‘LIKE’ the same page or group are actually showing signs of compatibility.
One particular study depicted politics as an example. If two people ‘Liked’ the same political group, they had an instant connection for a starting block.
Another was mutual friends. Have you ever fancied someone who was tagged in your friend’s photo? Did you add them? Well, maybe you should!
Results showed that people would accept most friend requests if they were connected to a mutual friend.
Here’s where it gets interesting. The study shows that PM’s were used most frequently to ask people out within five messages over any other reason.
