In what can only be described as utterly disgraceful, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has declined to help little Alfie Evans in his gallant fight for life.
The ‘Save Alfie Evans’ Facebook page posted a status asking people to ‘press the hospital fire alarm’ after the result from the court was discovered by crowd outside the hospital who weren’t happy with the result and decided to make their voices heard.
Alfie’s parents Tom Evans and Kate James, who are in their early twenties and from Liverpool, failed to persuade Supreme Court justices to consider their case on Friday to not having Alfie’s life support machines turned off.
After the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court not helping, the couple asked judges at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg, France, to intervene to which to appear that they couldn’t care less and said that they will not help little Alfie with his fight for life.
