Attention Prossecco lovers the moment you have all been waiting for has finally arrived as it has been confirrmed that Skinny Prosecco is finally about to hit Irish stores.
The sparkling wine Created by Amanda Thomson of the UK-based Thomson & Scott company, will surely fly off the shelves as the new version is said to contain just 67 calories per 100ml.
However the good news doesnt stop there as the Skinny Prosecco reportedly contains less than half of the sugar content in a standard glass of Prosecco.
The creator of the new craze Amanda Thomson told the Irish Independent: “Weāre all obsessed with the new war on sugar.Ā “I was raised on a sugar-free diet by my mother and now 40 years later, itās finally being recognised as the way forward for many like me who want to avoid the deadly granules!ā
