Authorities in Italy have confirmed that the search for survivors following the Morandi Bridge collapse has officially ended.
The news comes after authorities working at the site in Geona confirmed that the official death toll is now 43.
Although rescue teams will remain in the area, authorities confirmed that all those who were reported missing have been accounted for.
The latest developments come after three more body’s were found trapped under the the fallen bridge on Sunday.
It is now expected that workers will now tru to secure the structure in order to determine what caused the 200m section of bridge to collapse last Tuesday.
