A Lidl store that was badly damaged by looters during Storm Emma has officially re-opened for business today.
Lidl say the store in Fortunestown has increased in size whilst under construction and that all staff who were redeployed during its renovation work have returned to the store.
The store which took four months to rebuild was badly damaged by vandals during the snow storm in March.
Although thankfully no one was injured during the robbery, the store was badly damaged when vandals used a JCB to rip through a section of its roof.
