Firefighters in the UK had a rescue mission of the bizarre kind recently as they were called in to help a man who got his head stuck in a microwave.
The rather strange incident which has since become a vital story occurred when a YouTube blogger tried to create a head cast whilst using the household items.
It is understood the viral prankster who has made a number of videos in the past got his head stuck when he and a group of his friends decided to use the microwave oven as prop to mould the head cast.
Although firefighters managed to rescue the dardevil after 90 minutes, he was surely given a fright when he became trapped in the oven after the Polyfilla used to create the mould cemented his head inside the machine.
Speaking about the incident West Midlands Fire Service said the man involved had a lucky escape as he could have easily suffocated whilst trapped inside the machine.
If not only for the quick thinking of his friends who managed to fish a hose through a hole in the oven the individual would have suffocated due to a severe lack of oxygen, the spokesperson added.
They also warned of the dangers of undertaking such pranks as one minor mistake whilst creating such a video could ultimately prove fatal as those involved could suffer a serious injury or even worse they could potentially lose their life.
