Bank of Ireland issues an apology after money goes missing from their customers accounts




Bank of Ireland have issued an apology to its customers after some account holders complained after their transactions dissappeared.

In what since been described as a technical fault by the bank, a number of customers were left confused and angry after their accounts failed to show any transactions such as wages lodgements or direct debits on their account.

However after repeated questioning by customers, Bank of Ireland said that no money had disappeared, but instead the technical issue was a process issue which has sine been rectified.

Bank of Ireland have since apologised for the mix-up saying they were sorry for any inconvenience caused.
