Met Eireann have issued two separate weather warnings for the coming days, due to heavy downpours, possiby causing localised flooding.
We’re just finished with a status Yellow Weather warning affecting southwestern, western, and northwestern counties but now they’ve re-issued another for Connacht, Donegal, Clare, Cork, Kerry and Limerick. Very heavy rain is expected overnight, and up to noon tomorrow with possible flash floods in low lying areas.
Motorists are advised to proceed with extreme caution, as there is plenty of surface water around.
