The beautiful weekend’s weather put the whole country in good form and the good news is, we’re in for a treat for the rest of the week.
It’s set to get even warmer as the week goes on with temperatures predicted to increase, peaking on Thursday to early 20s.
Met Eireann say today will see sunshine across the country with highest temperatures of between 18 to 21 degrees.
As the week goes on, they say the outlook is for very warm with a lot of dry and sunny weather. Temperatures will remain similar to this weekend’s, but will increase considerably by mid week.
Tomorrow is predicted to be particularly dry in the midlands and in the west with temperatures peaking at around the 20 degrees going right through to Friday.
Beaches are packed across the country this afternoon as thousands flock to the coast to soak up the rays, and with the weather getting even better, the seaside will get even busier as the week goes on.
