Beware: HSE warn public to be vigilant as deadly Swine Flu is reported in Ireland

At least four people have known to have died from severe problems after contracting deadly ‘Swine Flu’.

The HSE have issued a warning to the public as the H1N1 flu strain, commonly known as ‘swine flu’ has arrived in Ireland.

The HSE are encouraging people to get the flu vaccine to all, but especially pregnant women and those who have underlying health issues.

The health authority say the flu can effect anybody including young people and those who contract the virus are advised to stay in bed and rest.

They are also encouraged to contact their GP or doctor on call if they notice any worsening symptoms.
