A so-called “fan” did his best to try and ruin what is being deemed the “concert of the century” last night during Coldplay’s epic Croke Park concert.
The over excited reveller threw what is being described as a bottle at the band’s guitarist.
The thug hit the guitarist on the shoulder with all band members stopping to check if he was alright.
Lead singer Chris Martin handled the situation brilliantly when he sincerely asked if the guitarist was OK and joked whether he wanted to stop the concert.
He asked the “fan” to refrain from doing that again to which the crowd booed the reveller.
He then shouted to the crowd “he’s OK everybody” to cheers and chants.
