Respected weather forecaster James Madden has predicted a brutish winter ahead this year.
Last year saw the likes of snow that we hadn’t seen since at least 2010, but this year could be far worse.
Madden, who has gotten it right on many occasions before, was speaking to The Express newspaper this week and which got reported on UK radio stations also.
He said that severe weather will hit these islands, judging by what he’s seen over the years.
Madden said that he thinks a severe cold snap will start to take shape from the second half of October which could last for four straight months.
The well liked forecaster said that he thinks December in particular will be freezing with far ranging snowfalls right across the islands.
Well at least it looks like we could get a white Christmas this year!
