In what can only be described as an emotionally filled interview on last night’s Ray D’Arcy show, singer Brian Kennedy spoke openly about his battle with cancer.
The 50-yr-old (this week) Belfast crooner told of how his GP didn’t recognise his symptoms and how he decided to go for a colonoscopy himself where the consultant discovered a small tumour.
Kennedy subsequently went on various forms of treatment which just finished this week gone by. He was in good form however and performed “Love, Life and Happiness” which the audience got heavily involved in.
