There was some sad news announced in the past hour as it was confirmed that 80s pop singer singer Pete Burns has sadly passed away aged 57.

The musician who was famous for creating the band ‘Dead or Alive’ who are well known for their infamous song ‘You Spin Me Round’ reportedly died from a massive heart attack yesterday. The news of the stars death was confirmed on his Twitter account in the past hour by his management team.

The statement reads as follows: ‘It is with the greatest sadness that we have to break the tragic news that our beloved Pete Burns of (Dead or Alive), died suddenly yesterday of a massive cardiac arrest.

‘All of his family and friends are devastated by the loss of our special star. ‘He was a true visionary, a beautiful talented soul, and he will be missed by all who loved and appreciated everything he was, and all of the wonderful memories that he has left us with.’
