At approximately 8:45am this morning, a school bus carrying 45 children and one driver overturned in South Cregg on the Fermoy/Ballyhooly back road in Co. Cork.
Emergency services are at currently attending the scene.
The extent of injuries is not known at this stage, but it is believed that two children were trapped at the rear of the bus, unable to exit the vehicle themselves.
It is believed to that all the children are freed from the vehicle.
The fire services, gardai and three ambulances are said to be at the scene.
The road has been closed off until further notice.
