A van has ploughed into pedestrians on one of Barcelona’s busiest tourist streets. The incident has occurred at 4:15pm Irish time where it’s understood there are multiple causalities.
Onlookers say a van drove at speed into a crowd of people in Ramblas tourist area.
Police have told people to avoid the area that there’s an ongoing incident.
