Gardaí have confirmed in the past hour that they have located the vehicle that was seen entering the water at Howth Pier earlier this evening.
It is understood that rescue teams from the Garda Water Unit found the vehicle shortly after 9pm in this evening.
Although no causlities have yet been confirmed, reports suggest divers from the unit are trying to retrieve the the body of a man from the vehicle.
