It has been reported in the past few minutes that a body has been found during the search for missing woman Jastine Valdez.
According to The Irish Mirror newspaper the body was discovered as Gardai continue their search for the woman who was bundled into a car near her home in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow, on Saturday evening.
The paper states that the discovery was made as Gardaí carried out a search in an area of woodland in Rathmichael on Monday.
It was previously reported that Ms Valdez’s purse along with her identification card was found in the area.
The wide scale search comes less than 24 hours after Gardai were involved in a tense shoot out with a man who was believed to be comnected to Ms Valdez’s disappearence.
It was later confirmed that the man who was shot at a South Dublin Business Park, died in hospital.
