A video has been released purporting to shown the beheading of British hostage Alan Henning by an IS militant.
The video shows the militant, nicknamed ‘Jihadi John’, addressing the camera by saying: ‘Blood is in the hands of the British Parliament, right before slaying the hostage.
Henning, a 47-year-old taxi driver from Manchester, UK, had been captured in Syria while driving in an aid convoy.
The British Prime Minister has vowed to ‘hunt down’ the ‘barbaric and repulsive terrorist’ that committed the act.
