Welsh police have confirmed that the UK coast guard has found the wreckage of the privately owned twin engine helicopter carrying five businessmen on board.
The helicopter went missing yesterday afternoon and an extensive search was immediately started.
Search teams worked throughout the night and moved the search inwards this morning.
They found the wreckage of the helicopter within the past hour and sadly all five people on board were found dead.
This comes literally two weeks after the tragedy of Rescue 116.
