Jacqueline Pearce, best known for her role as Supreme Commander Servalan in the British sci-fi classic Blake’s 7, has passed away 74 after a short illness.
The actress became a household name in Britain during the late 70s and early 80s. The role of Servalan was originally scheduled to appear in a single episode of the sci-fi series, but proved to be so popular that it was expanded to feature in four series between 1978 and 1981.
Jacqueline Pearce had recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer. She passed away peacefully at her home in Britain.
