An Irish Euromillions player has just landed themselves a decent Christmas present worth €500,000.
The €51.36m jackpot was not won in Friday’s draw, but the winning ticket holder in Dublin will be claiming the Euromillions Plus prize.
The quick pick ticket was sold on Friday at the Spar Waterville shop in Blanchardstown.
Further Irish winners came out in the Match 5 prize of €28,114. Those tickets were sold Penny Hill, Ballyowen Shopping Centre in Lucan, Co. Dublin, and the other winning ticket being sold online at lottery.ie.
The National Lottery have urged every player to check their tickets and, if a winner, to sign the back and contact the claims team on 01 836 4444.
