Christmas Village set to open in Dublin this November




It may only be September but the Christmas preparations is already underway in Dublin as the City Council have confirmed the nations capital will have a Christmas themed market this November and December.

The new Christmas Village will have the a 50-foot tree, given to them by Coillte, which be the main attraction at the village. The new market called “I Believe” Christmas village, will officially open on 26th November until 23rd December in the Custom House area.

Organisers say the new village will reportedly create 230 short term jobs. The new Christmas themed market will reportedly add an estimated €8.4 million to the economy and will hopefully have over 10,000 visitors every day.
