The car used by Pope Francis this past weekend is to be donated to charity it has been confirmed.
In an announcement today the Archbishop of Dublin Diarmuid Martin confirmed the blue Skoda Rapid will be donated to the Crosscare charity.
Crosscare is a charity that assists homeless people and families who are trying to move away from emergency accommodation to permanent housing.
Archbishop Martin said the car will be used on a daily basis.
