Dublin could very well have a brand new hot-spot in the coming months ahead as the owners of the former Clerys store have submitted a planning proposal that will see the iconic site overhauled.
Under new plans the site owners intend to develop the site into a social hub that will include a number of new cafes, bars, offices and shops.
The redevelopment if approved, will also include a new terraced restaurant and rooftop seating area which will showcase the city’s iconic views.
It is hoped the development will regenerate business in the area.
