Commuters in Dublin face week-long disruption after fire on the DART line

Commuters intending to use the DART service between the stations of Dalkey and Greystones in Dublin are facing ‘significant’ disruption for the foreseeable future, after a fire caused substantial damage to signalling equipment in Bray on Friday.

Ianrod Eireann has confirmed that no trains will run between the two stations until further notice, and a reduced timetable will be in effect between Bray and Dalkey.

Dublin Bus will be accepting rail tickets for any journey to and from any areas located south of Dalkey.
