Lucky Tipperary woman Margaret Egan has scooped up €45,742 in the National Lottery today.
Amazingly, Margaret’s win falls almost a decade to the day of her last win, where she collected a cheque for €12,000 from the Lotto.
She said she had also won a few small amounts of €45 and €20 last month.
The retired Assistant Director of Nursing, with the South Tipperary Mental Health Services, visited the National Lottery headquarters to claim her win with her husband Martin, daughter Elaine and granddaughter Kate.
Margaret said that she was over the moon with the win and that she had a feeling something good was in the air!
