Conor McGregor banned from driving for six months and given a €1,000 fine for speeding




UFC star Conor McGregor has been given a six month driving ban and a €1,000 fine after he was found guilty of speeding and dangerous driving.

According to RTE News, McGregor was given the sentence after appearing at Naas District Court this afternoon.

McGregor who was caught by Gardai on the N7 at Blackchurch, Kill, Co Kildare, was found guilty of speeding after three other charges were dropped when McGregor produced his driving licence.

The MMA fighter had previously faced four charges which included speeding, failing to produce a licence, driving without a licence and failing to produce a licence at a Garda station.
