Khabib Nurmagomedov beat Conor McGregor in their UFC fight around 6:30am on Sunday morning Irish time.
The bout was very hard fought but the Russian won early in the fourth round.
After that however, Nurmagomediv attacked one of McGregor’s training partners while three others attacked McGregor himself.
All hell broke loose after this with major police action taking place.
McGregor is said to be not badly injured but Nurmagomedov will possibly see his visa revoked.
The Notorious posted on social media that it was a “good knock” and that he’s looking forward to the rematch – and why wouldn’t he, he might have lost but he’s around $3 million richer than he was on Saturday.
The rumours already circulating are that if Conor manages to beat Nurmagomedov in a potential rematch early next year, then a rubber to see who really is the best would be on the cards from Autumn 2019.
