At least 19 people are believed to have died after a lone gunman opened fire inside the technical college yesterday in the city of Kerch, Crimea.
The shooter was identified as a Vladislav Roslyakov. He killed himself after the massacre.
The event is the deadliest shooting involving civilians in modern Russian history.
