Department store Debenhams is in financial trouble, after its half-year profits dropped by a massive 85%.
Shares fell by roughly 10% after the announcement.
The retailer partly blames the extreme weather of recent months, which forced up to 100 stores to close for a period of time.
Debenhams has closed a number of stores deemed ‘unprofitable’ and shed 320 staff across the UK in an effort to stem losses.
