The Government has confirmed that it has set up an independent tribunal to deal with CervicalCheck claims.
In an announcement made on Wednesday, the Department of Health confirmed the tribunal will deal with statutory claims.
The tribunal which is expected to get underway next year will be chaired by Ms Justice Mary Irvine.
The Department of Health say all hearings will be voluntary and will be held in private.
