Tributes are flooding in from around the world this morning in memory of the beautiful little baby known as Alfie Evans.
The Facebook group “Alfie’s Army” has been inundated with messages of love for Alfie and support for his two wonderful parents Tom and Kate.
One social media posted:
“RIP little Alfie. You are in Heaven now and may God help your parents cope. RIP Alfie the Angel”
The brave littke warrior tragically passed away this morning at 2:30am.
The 23-month-old fought to stay alive after hospital staff heartlessly switched off his life support nearly one week ago.
His parents Tom and Kate posted the following on Facebook:
“My gladiator lay down his shield and gained his wings… absolutely heartbroken.”
