Gardaí in Dublin have begun an investigation after a ruthless thug attacked a 5 year old boy with special needs in a Tallaght housing estate over the weekend.
According to The Irish Daily star newspaper, the investigation comes after young boy who was playing outside with friends with water guns, accidentally squirted water on the man.
The paper who spoke to boy’s mother, also say the incident which occurred at Aylesbury housing estate in Tallaght, was captured on CCTV which is currently being reviewed by the Gardai.
It is reported that the man who was dressed in a black hooded top, black shorts and black and white runners, kicked the young boy on the knees causing him to fall to the ground.
Meanwhile Gardaí say they have been informed about the incident and investigation is currently ongoing.
