In a truly shocking and quite frankly disgusting video that emerged this weekend, a pro choice activist is quite clearly seen talking facetiously about how “killing babies” is a “harder sell” for the pro choice side.
The speaker uses the analogy that the 2015 gay marriage referendum was all about love, but Amnesty’s new campaign to push through a hard line abortion agenda will be a much “harder sell”.
Amnesty Ireland have not yet commented on the video which re-emerged online over the weekend, showing their Electric Picnic event from two years ago where an invited panellist talked about the campaign to introduce abortion to Ireland.
In the video, the panellist can be seen describing how the marriage referendum was all about love, but Amnesty’s new campaign to push abortion will be a “harder sell”. The same panellist then goes on to talk about “killing babies”.
According to the facebook page of the video, it was first circulated 2 years ago. No doubt it will receive more attention at the present time given the efforts Amnesty is going to to introduce abortion.
