A man has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a Luas tram at St Steevens’ Lane Dublin 8 this afternoon.
The collision occurred at approximately 1.45pm. Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene.
The red line at Heuston station was closed for some time but has since reopened.
The man is being treated at St James’s Hospital where his injuries are said to be non life threatening.
