There was some good news announced for lottery enthusiasts today as the National Lottery revealed that there will now be two Daily Million draws every day instead of the usual one daily draw.
The National Lottery say the Daily Million draws will now take place at both 2pm and 9pm, seven days a week, for €1 per play. The new move comes as the draws have proven to be huge success since it was launched in September 2012.
Lottery headquarters also revealed statistics that show there has been €35m paid out in prizes since the inception of the game.
