According to newly published figures Dublin Airport is now the fastest growing airport in the whole of Europe.
The new statistics published by Airports Council International (ACI) Europe, shows that Dublin Airport had a 9% increase in passenger numbers over August.
The ACI say the vast increase of passenger numbers at Dublin Airport is by far more than the EU average with airports across the continent only experiencing a 2% increase.
