Trade Union members at Dublin Fire Brigade have voted overwhelmingly in favour of strike action, it has been revealed today.
It is understood that 800 firefighters and support staff agreed to industrial action after Dublin City Council refused to provide extra ambulance resources.
SIPTU say 93% of those who voted agreed to future strike action.
